01. Acceptance of Operational Parameters
By deploying Levelora applications or navigating levelora.site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms of Service. This is not a mere suggestion; it is a prerequisite for software execution. If your local regulatory framework contradicts these terms, your license to use our services is automatically suspended.
Levelora reserves the right to modify these parameters at any time to reflect changes in hardware compatibility, legal shifts, or application updates. Continued interaction with our servers after such updates constitutes a silent "Handshake" agreement to the new protocol stack.
02. The Prohibited Vector List
To maintain the thermal and competitive stability of our environment, the following actions result in immediate blacklisting:
03. Ownership and Intellectual Payload
All visual assets, underlying engine code, UI/UX logic, and "Silk Gradient" design philosophies are the exclusive property of Levelora. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to enjoy these environments. You do not own the pixels; you own the experience of navigating them.
Any user-generated content (UGC) uploaded to our platforms grants Levelora an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize said content for service optimization. We respect your creativity, but we require the right to keep the engine running smoothly.
04. Liability & Performance Caps
Levelora applications are optimized for a specific range of hardware (refer to Technical Specs). We are not responsible for thermal throttling, battery degradation, or hardware failure resulting from running high-intensity shaders on unsupported devices.
LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by German law, Levelora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime or packet loss during Frankfurt hub maintenance cycles.
